Order Cancellation Policy
At National Decking, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to modify or cancel your order. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, and any applicable charges, in accordance with Ontario and Canadian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Orders Not Yet Shipped:
- Orders that have not been prepared or scheduled for shipment may be canceled without penalty.
- Contact us as soon as possible at toronto@nationaldecking.com with your order number to request cancellation.
- Orders Already Shipped:
- If your order has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled. You may still initiate a return under our Return Policy and Products Damage or Defect Policy.Â
- Restocking fees for returns may apply.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- Approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
Special Conditions for Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are subject to specific terms:
- Orders can only be canceled if the production process has not started.
- Once production begins, the order is non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
